Three police officers—two constables and a sergeant—questioned Leeds, England, residents Christopher and Sarah Driscoll after their two-year-old son kicked a ball at a neighbor's fence. The police say they were called to a "disturbance." That neighbor, Peter Young, just happens to be a constable himself.
